Steven J. Reiman, DACM
Dr. Reiman is an experienced, highly accomplished doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. His unique passion for Five-Element Acupuncture in its purest form as taught by late-Master Osteoapth JR Worsley has allowed Dr. Reiman to create a practice serving individuals of various needs.

“Dr. Reiman has a great bedside manner and is patient and easy to talk with. I look forward to my acupuncture sessions because I feel great afterwards and all week long…”
Since 2015 Dr. Reiman has had the honor of learning extensively from master (M.A.P.) acupuncturists Neil R. Gumenick and Lee Zeitlin, JR Worsley’s Protégés and personal physician and pharmacist of over 30 years. After completing his formal training, Dr. Reiman was invited to teach in California at Neil Gumenick’s internationally recognized Institute of Classical Five-Element Acupuncture, and to practice alongside renowned and now-retired cranial osteopath Richard A. Feely, DO in downtown Chicago at The Feely Center for Optimal Health from 2017-2022.
Dr. Reiman has since partnered with one of Chicago Magazine’s top doctors, Cathie Dunal, MD, MPH, board certified in public health and preventative medicine, and has been in practice at More Than Medicine MD in Northbrook, Illinois since 2023.
Dr. Reiman was drawn to the field of medicine following a TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) injury in 2010. His injury resulted in Dr Reiman forming a unique bond with dentists, osteopaths, pharmacists, and healers who stewarded his education in ancient and modern medicine.

End-of-life Treatments
The diagnostic model of Five-Element acupuncture recognizes two terminal conditions. The health of our mind, and our desire to be alive can take precedence over our physical body. Dr. Reiman specializes in end-of-life-care for people at all stages of life, including hospice patients.
